Ensure you have admin rights, and have your Microsoft 365 username and password ready before completing the steps in this article! |
If the following message occurs:
Please do the following (In this order):
- Completely trash Microsoft 365
- Completely remove SigmaXL
- Remove SigmaXL’s remaining hidden components
- Download and install Microsoft 365 (Note that you will need to sign back in using your Microsoft account information after this task is completed)
- Download and install SigmaXL Version 9.1 (Installation instructions can be found here)
