Please complete the following steps when attempting to remote with SigmaXL support using LogMeIn:
- Open a web browser and (1) go to www.logmein123.com, (2) enter the PIN code provided to you by SigmaXL and (3) click Start Download:
- After the download completes, open Finder, (1) select Downloads, and locate and (2) double click LMIRescue.pkg.zip to extract the contents:
- Double click Support-LogMeInRescue:
- You will be presented with the following. Click Open to continue:
When the technician is ready to begin, you will see the following message. Click OK.

LogMeIn will need you to set Permissions to receive remote support. Click the Open Screen Recording button:

- This will open Screen Recording in Privacy & Security settings. Click the switch next to Support-LogMeInRescue (1), enter the password for your Mac (2), and click the Modify Settings (3) button:

Click the Open Accessibility button:

Click the switch to allow control for Support-LogMeInRescue (1), enter your Mac's password, and click Modify Settings (3):

- Click Privacy & Security (1) > Accessibility (2):

- Click Support-LogMeInRescue to allow it (toggle to the right):

- Click the Back < Arrow to return to the previous page:

- When the technician is ready to begin, you will see the following message. Click OK.

- The technician should now be connected. If not, they will let you know in the LogMeIn chat window.
- If no permissions have ever been granted for Rescue before, you may grant permissions by clicking the Open Screen Recording and Open Accessibility buttons in the pop-up window.
