Many issues can be resolved by simply clearing SigmaXL’s saved defaults. To do this, click SigmaXL > Help > SigmaXL Defaults > Clear Saved Defaults:

SigmaXL is updated regularly to ensure compatibility with the latest Microsoft Office releases and Service Packs. Older versions of SigmaXL may not be compatible with newer versions of Microsoft Office. Visual Basic C++ redistributable libraries are available in both 32-Bit and 64-Bit versions. The version you will require is determined by your version of Microsoft Office, not your version of Windows. Click here to review the required C++ redistributables for SigmaXL |

SigmaXL will provide best effort support for unsupported versions of SigmaXL, however priority will always go to users with a valid maintenance plan. Note: If you are using a older version of SigmaXL and are experiencing issues, many issues are resolved by upgrading. |
