How to resolve Run-time error:

27

This error occurs when Excel is unable to locate the SigmaXL ribbon. To resolve error 27, complete the instructions below.

1. Open Excel and click File:
   
   
   
   
2. Click Options: 
   
   
   
   
3. In the Excel Options window, click (1) Add-ins > (2) Go...:
   
   
   
   
4. Click Browse...:
   
   
   
   

5. Add SigmaXL_Classic_2016_Ribbon.xlam to the Add-ins list:

   The path to the SigmaXL installation directory will be different depending on which bit version of Office is installed. To confirm your bit version, click here.

   
   

   Expand
   title 32-bit version instructions
   Navigate to the (1) C:\Program Files (x86)\SigmaXL\V9 directory, (2) select the file SigmaXL_Classic_2016_Ribbon.xlam and (3) click OK:

   
   

   Expand
   title 64-bit version instructions
   Navigate to the (1) C:\Program Files\SigmaXL\V9 directory, (2) select the file SigmaXL_Classic_2016_Ribbon.xlam and (3) click OK:

   
   

6. Ensure there is a checkmark in the checkbox beside SigmaXL_Classic_2016_Ribbon and click OK:
