Windows System and Excel Decimal Settings
If Excel Was was installed in a different language than the default Windows language, you may receive the following message:
To resolve this, complete the steps below:
- Click File at the top left of Excel:
- Click Options:
- Click Advanced (1) and adjust Excel’s decimal system to match Windows by unchecking Use system separators (2):
- Click OK at the bottom-right and close/reopen Excel:
- After SigmaXL loads, ensure no traces of the previous decimal system are cached by clearing SigmaXL's Saved Defaults (SigmaXL > Help > SigmaXL Defaults > Clear Saved Defaults).
