Can a DiscoverSim license be transferred without contacting SigmaXL?




If you have an Internet connection, you can transfer a DiscoverSim license and activate online.

By default, users can activate DiscoverSim on a single system. Users may submit a support request to activate DiscoverSim on a second computer provided it is used only by the specified licensed user. 

If you want to transfer a DiscoverSim license to another computer, you must deactivate DiscoverSim from your existing system by clicking DiscoverSim > Help > Deactivate DiscoverSim as shown:



Once your license is deactivated from your previous computer, it will be available for reactivation on your new system.
