DiscoverSim Minimum System Requirements
Minimum System Requirements:
Computer and Processor: 500 megahertz (MHz) processor or higher.
Memory: 512 megabytes (MB) of RAM or greater. 8 GB of RAM is recommended for large simulation runs (i.e., 1 million replications)
Hard Disk: 1 GB of available hard-disk space.
Display: 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7, or later operating system.*
Microsoft Excel Version: Excel 2010, Excel 2013 and Excel 2016 with the latest service packs installed. DiscoverSim supports the 64-bit versions of Excel 2010, 2013 and 2016.
Administrative rights are required to install DiscoverSim.
* DiscoverSim is not available for Mac OS X.
Important Information for Existing SigmaXL Customers:
DiscoverSim software includes SigmaXL. Do not load your existing copy of SigmaXL alongside DiscoverSim, as this could cause unwanted issues with the software.
