A guide for SigmaXL is included with each version.
The guide can be found in SigmaXL by clicking SigmaXL > Help > SigmaXL Guide.
Note for Mac users
The SigmaXL can be accessed by opening the Finder and clicking Applications > SigmaXL > SigmaXL (version number) Workbook.pdf
