How to report a bug for the SigmaXL beta
To help familiarize yourself with the new features found in SigmaXL version 10, download the Version 10 Feature List Summary below:
If a bug is found while testing SigmaXL version 10 beta, follow the instructions below:
SigmaXL Version 10 Beta Testers
These instructions apply to version 10 beta testers only. If you are not a SigmaXL beta tester and require support for a released version, click here to open a ticket with the support team.
To begin, click on the following link:

Scroll down until you can see the following fields:
- Enter your email address in the "Raise the request on behalf of" field and click Create "your email address":
- Enter a brief, but descriptive summary in the Summary field.
Include as many details about the bug as possible in the Description field.
Examples of what to include in "Description"
This may include the sheet name (if applicable), the tool being used, the x/y variable or subgroups, and/or any additional settings used.
- Upload any attachments, screenshots of the error and settings used, and workbook by clicking Browse under the Attachment heading and selecting any relevant files. Click Open to upload.
- When ready to submit the bug, click Send.
