SigmaXL Registration - step by step guide
What is the difference between product activation and product registration?
- Activation: A mandatory process that verifies your SigmaXL serial number and allows you to continue to use SigmaXL after the free 30 day trial period is over.
- Registration: A voluntary process which protects your investment by helping us alert you when new versions are available.
To register SigmaXL, follow the instructions below:
When you open SigmaXL for the first time. The following window will appear:
If you know your serial number and do not have SigmaXL loaded, you can simply register here.
- Click on your serial number. The following dialog will appear. Click OK:
Highlight your serial number in the "Your Serial Number" field and press ctrl-c on your keyboard:

Ensure the entire serial number is highlighted.
- Click "Click here to go online and Register":
- This will take you to the SigmaXL Registration Portal. Click the
button at the bottom of the page to begin. Fill out the form to register. Click REGISTER ACCOUNT once finished:
The SigmaXL portal also supports single sign-on with Google, LinkedIn or Facebook.
Your request will be sent to SigmaXL for approval. You will be taken to the temporary dashboard to begin the Email Verification process. You may also review the Admin Approval status and the Product Key:
Registration Requests
Registration approvals will occur between the hours of 8:30 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday excluding CAN holidays.
- Verify your email by clicking SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL:
- You will receive an email from info@sigmaxl.com with Verify SigmaXL Email Address as the subject line. Click Verify Email within 24 hours of receiving the email to confirm and complete the process:
- Once your registration is approved, click the link to go to https://sigmaxl-portal.com/auth/sign-in, enter your (1) confirmed email and password and click (2) LOG INTO ACCOUNT:
