How to Completely Remove SigmaXL and Hidden Components


To remove SigmaXL and its hidden components, complete the following:

Note

Ensure Excel is completely closed (Excel Menu > Quit Excel) before beginning this process.

  1. Click Go > Go to Folder...:



  2. Enter a forward slash / in the text field and click Go:



  3. Browse to Library > Application Support. Right click the SigmaXL folder and select Move to Trash:



  4. Enter your User Name and Password and click OK:



  5. Click Applications in the left hand pane. Right click SigmaXL in the applications list and select Move to Trash:



  6. Install the latest version of SigmaXL. To download the latest version, click here.
