Follow the steps below to download and install the Microsoft Visual Basic C++ 2015-2019 Redistributables.

To begin, click the links below to download both versions of Microsoft's Visual Basic C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable:

32 bit version 

64 bit version

Follow these steps to install each version in turn:
  1. Open your Downloads folder, or the directory in which you saved the installation file (typically Downloads) and double click the file:



  2. To begin installation, left click to add a check beside (1) I agree to the license terms and conditions and click (2) Install:



  3. When prompted, click Yes on the User Account Control dialogue to allow the installation to continue:



  4. Allow a few moments for the installation:



  5. When completed, you will see the Setup Successful window. Click close to finish:



  6. Restart your computer.
