Using TeamViewer for Remote Support

For remote support with SigmaXL through TeamViewer, download the TeamViewer installation file from the link below:

https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/windows/

Note: 64-bit & 32-Bit Installation Files

The majority of users will require the 64-bit version. However if your system is 32-bit, click Download 32-Bit Version.

  1. After the download is completed, run the setup file by double-clicking TeamViewer_Setup_x64.exe (or TeamViewer_Setup_x32.exe if using the 32-bit installation file):



  2. Select (1) Default Installation and click (2) Accept - next:



  3. Click Yes when prompted by the following:



  4. Allow a few moments for the installation process to complete:



  5. Select I want to use the free version for personal use and click Finish:



  6. TeamViewer will then open. Send Your ID and Password to SigmaXL support:
