Resolve Run-Time error 4: Connection to the servers failed


Complete the steps below to resolve the following error:



  1. Completely close SigmaXL and Excel.

  2. Uninstall SigmaXL and reboot the system once finished.

  3. Download the latest SigmaXL installation file which can be found here.

  4. Install SigmaXL.
